2. Shipping & Logistics

We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD for all domestic orders. This ensures predictable pricing regardless of how many jewelry pieces you add to your collection.

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order is selected based on your location and the size of the shipment.

Is there an order cut-off time?

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original Herchicvibe packaging.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. We offer a No Fees return policy. We do not charge restocking or administrative fees for processed returns.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned jewelry (usually within 1–2 days of arrival), we will trigger the refund. The funds will appear back on your original payment method within 7 business days.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have a 12-hour "Golden Window" from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change (such as an address update). After 12 hours, your order has likely entered the fulfillment process and cannot be modified.
What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
Please email support@herchicvibe.shop immediately. If the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, we will update the address for you. If it has already shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.
6. Jewelry Care & Quality
How should I care for my Herchicvibe jewelry?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes and lotions. Store your jewelry in the provided Herchicvibe box when not in use.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please report any transit damage to support@herchicvibe.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund immediately.
