1. Return Eligibility Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your bridal gown or accessory. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags must remain attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Returns requested after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

Returned wedding dresses and bridal accessories must be in resellable condition. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, alterations, washing, or damage after delivery. Items returned without original tags or packaging may be refused.

Due to hygiene and customization considerations, final sale, clearance items, or made-to-order bridal gowns are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

3. Accepted Return Cases

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong bridal item.
  • Your wedding dress or accessory arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product significantly differs from the description or images shown on our website.

In these cases, Herchicvibe will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional charge. Please contact our support team before sending the item back so we can assist you with the return process.

4. Size Exchanges

We understand that selecting the right size online can be challenging, especially for bridal wear. If you selected the wrong size, you may request a size exchange depending on stock availability.

Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution such as a refund or store credit.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned package is received, our team will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Taxes, duties, and customization fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
