Cancel / Change Order

At Herchicvibe, we understand that wedding planning can sometimes require adjustments. Please review our cancellation and order change policy carefully before making a request.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered production, processing, or shipping.

As many of our bridal gowns are made-to-order, once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Order Changes

Requests to change an order (including size, color, design details, customization, or shipping address) for bridal products purchased on our Website must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, all changes are subject to order status and gown production stage.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible and include the following information:

• Order number
• Full name used on the order
• Details of the requested cancellation or change

All requests must be submitted via email. Requests received outside the allowed timeframe may not be approved.

4. Orders Already in Production or Shipped

If your wedding dress has already entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery for further assistance.

5. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders refused upon delivery or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping or handling charges.

6. Right to Refuse Requests

Herchicvibe reserves the right to refuse any cancellation or change request that falls outside the permitted timeframe or does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Cancel / Change Order Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
